We’re looking for a talented Marketing Assistant to execute group and local marketing campaigns that drive sales and engagement with our customers, candidates, clients, and team.
As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll have a major impact on our social presence and engagement across our primary social profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. You’ll be responsible for creating captivating content and imagery that resonates with our key audiences and contributes to our annual social media strategy. You’ll also work closely with our paid media providers and digital marketing specialists to provide regular updates and recommendations to our internal stakeholders.

What your role may entail:
– Contribute and adhere to annual social media strategy, including quarterly content calendar
– Work with our Paid Media providers and Digital Marketing specialists to provide regular updates to our Internal Stakeholders as well as budget and creative recommendations.
– Graphic design – in-house. Canva / Adobe
– Support marketing projects and ad campaigns by creating relevant and useful marketing tools and collateral
– Manage all comments and responses within the digital community across all channels e.g. social media & google reviews & company intranet
– Marketing collateral coordination including orders to franchises
– Assist, support, and contribute to administrative duties and marketing updates to the RWR Group team
About you:
-1+ years experience in marketing (Marketing or Com’s Degree desired but not essential)
-Exposure to managing business profiles across Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
-Experience creating content using design tools such as Illustrator or Canva
-Knowledge or experience in the Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Recruitment industry would be advantageous, but not essential
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Highly organised/capable of prioritising to meet deadlines
-Strong attention to detail and demonstrates initiative
