Marketing Assistant

This position works directly with the marketing director to help create marketing strategies and materials. They will also assist the marketing director in the planning & preparation of marketing events and various marketing tasks.
Qualifications:
-Competent in the use of Canva
-Proficient in English writing
-Ability to create engaging copy for social media ads and campaigns and eye-catching social media graphics for ads and campaigns
-Customer service skills
-Knowledge of excel
-Resourceful in finding ways to better engage with our audience
Responsibilities:
-Assist in creating a social media content plan
-Creating social media content
-Responding to comments and messages on social media and providing answers/solutions
-Graphic design for print marketing materials
-Assist marketing director in keeping projects moving forward
-Documentation of processes
-Assist marketing director in a variety of marketing tasks
-Maintain data organization
System Requirements: Owns a laptop or a desktop computer that can do basic research, operate website and email platforms. Internet with at least 100mbps speed.
Working Conditions: Candidate can work from anywhere, with reliable internet access. They must be able to communicate in a clear and prompt manner. It is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Salary is paid monthly. There will be daily communications with team members in the Philippines and the US. Half of the work time will be on the US time schedule and the other half of the work hours are flexible.
