Here’s an initial breakdown of our requirements. While some tasks may appear straightforward, our primary objective is effective management and consistent communication.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. LinkedIn Management:

Outreach: Daily invites complemented by personalized messages (following Taylor from Trick Dog’s strategy).
Monitor and respond to LinkedIn messages.
Strive to schedule meetings and engagements.
Boost follower count for both our company and personal profiles.

2. Social Media and Newsletter Coordination:

Weekly social media post scheduling through HubSpot.
Coordination of weekly newsletters. Although we have content in hand, assistance in scheduling is vital.

3. Monthly Newsletter Creation:

Using HubSpot, craft and distribute monthly newsletters.
Assistance required in graphic design using Canva.
Integrate pre-existing content seamlessly.

4. Email Campaign Management:

Oversee and implement email campaigns leveraging and HubSpot.
Focus on developing our target markets and pinpointing ideal contacts.
Ensure prompt responses to any incoming communications via our Marketing mailbox.

5. Weekly Performance Analysis:

Provide a comprehensive weekly report detailing:
Engagement metrics across all social platforms.
Total number of new connections or followers.
Open rates, replies, and general analytics from campaigns and email sequences.

6. Website Maintenance and Content Updates:

Regularly update the website with fresh content, including blog posts, articles, and other resources.
Assist with the addition of new employees’ profiles or updates.
Ensure consistent content representation and alignment with our brand messaging.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using LinkedIn for outreach and networking
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Experience in social media management and scheduling
Proficiency in using HubSpot for newsletter creation and distribution
Graphic design skills using tools like Canva
Experience in email marketing campaign management
Must be familiar with email campaign tools (e.g., , HubSpot)
Data analysis skills for interpreting engagement metrics
Familiarity with social platform metrics and email campaign analytics
Proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Basic design skills for content updates and profile additions
