The Role:
Go-to Marketing Assistant (Affiliate Marketing Expert) with a focus on affiliate marketing and some general VA work for Phoenix.
We have several needs in our marketing department, including connecting with our customers and building relationships through social media, being aware of our paid advertising campaigns and adjusting according to our customers’ needs and wants, and really looking for ways that you can create an incredible experience for our customers! Additionally, there will be some general VA work supporting Phoenix.

You will learn how to:
Plan, develop, and execute marketing plans and offers to support and recruit affiliate partners.
Plan, develop, and execute marketing plans to increase customer referrals.
Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses for the Affiliate Program.
Create and execute new campaigns and incentives to build customer referrals.
Communicate with affiliates and update them with company sales, offers, promotions, and new products.
Nurture and maintain relationships with current and future customers.
Work with the marketing team to create assets for social media and affiliates.
Work with the marketing team to create and build assets needed for the referral program.
Work with affiliate networks: Share-A-Sale, Commission Junction, and HasOffers/Tune.
Deliver marketing reports to senior management.
Work with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Watch the results of our paid campaigns and make necessary adjustments.

Must-Haves:
A love of people and offering value and helping others succeed.
Expertise with Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
Self-motivated and willingness to expand knowledge.
Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
Background in marketing or advertising.
