Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and independent Marketing Assistant to join our team, ideally with experience in the building industry or a similar sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes social media management, email marketing, SEO, and lead generation. This role requires a high level of autonomy and confidence in developing and implementing automated sales processes.

Responsibilities:
– Manage social media channels, and outreach, including crafting copy, designing graphics, and editing videos.
– Execute email marketing campaigns using ActiveCampaign and manage content scheduling with Loomly.
– Develop and implement a coherent marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.
– Conduct SEO activities and blog writing to enhance online presence and visibility.
– Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, and other necessary platforms to create partnerships.
– Design and map out sales processes and follow-up sequences, utilising Active Campaign, BuildxAct, and Zapier for automation (integrating Active Campaign with BuildxAct, using Zapier)
– Convert the business owner’s ideas into actionable and practical marketing initiatives.
– Operate independently without the need for constant guidance or supervision.

Requirements:

– 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, particularly within the building industry or related fields.
– Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
– Proficient in using marketing automation tools such as Zapier and Active Campaign.
– Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
– Capable of SEO management and blogging to drive traffic and engagement.
– Demonstrated ability to develop effective sales and follow-up processes.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and confidently implement new strategies.
– Highly organised.
– Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hours: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week

Rate: $1160 AUD per month
