The Marketing Assistant is a key support position for S2 Groupe, LLC.
You will be responsible for providing support to our Marketing Team by organizing content, maintaining spreadsheets, research, copywriting, and all things digital marketing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Work closely with the Project Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Strategist, and other team members
– Assist in building out marketing projects in Asana (milestones, tasks and subtasks), including all steps from conception to completion.
– Consistently update and monitor assigned projects on a daily basis, and communicate updates in Asana.
– Repurpose content for social media, blogs, and other channels as needed in accordance with the company’s brand voice
– Schedule social media posts
– Assist in organizing and tracking content and marketing assets in company databases and spreadsheets
– Track marketing data in spreadsheets, such as email stats, social media stats, and website traffic
– Make sure branding guidelines & naming protocols are being followed
– Create standard operating procedures (SOP’s), creating step-by-step instructions with screenshots
– Compile and report marketing campaign results
– Contribute ideas around our marketing, content and launches
– Assist with online launches for our programs
The ideal candidate must:
– Have 2+ years of experience with digital marketing, social media, or content marketing
– Must be proficient in Gdrive and G-Suite including intermediate to advanced skills with google sheets and Excel
– A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines.
– Experience with WordPress is a huge PLUS
– Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45 wpm)
– Pride yourself in getting tasks done accurately and efficiently the FIRST time
– You are tech-savvy and can figure out new digital programs & tools without much hand-holding
– You excel at creating workflow efficiencies and using tech & automation to save time
– Graphic design, content creation, and email marketing experience is ideal
– Generate regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and key insights.
– Conduct post-project analysis to identify areas for improvement and success stories.
Experience with technology & tools:
– Too many to list! You LOVE technology and have a big list of platforms you know how to use
– Know how to use or are willing to learn technologies like: Asana, Airtable, Slack and Keap
This is a part-time, 20-30 hours per week position that can progress to a full-time role based on performance. Must be willing to work US hours and have at least 2 years experience working in the Eastern Time Zone.
