Job Description

We are a sales development company, looking for a part time marketing assistant, with huge potential for growth with 30/60/90 day reviews to look at compensation increase and additional hours based on performance.

RESPONSABILITIES:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support our marketing efforts under the guidance of the Head of Marketing.

Your varied responsibilities encompass creating engaging content, managing social media interactions, contributing to marketing strategies, gathering market research, and utilizing marketing analytics for data-driven decisions.

Email marketing set up / management / sending monthly newsletter and insert leads in the correct sequence
posting on social media.

Monitoring social media accounts, creating content, and posting on the company’s website and social media accounts.

Assisting with securing vendors (along with photographers, promotional materials) and overseeing deliverables, ensuring smooth event implementation.

Helping to organize and gather market research to inform our marketing strategies.

Manage and Execute all the marketing requests from management.

YOUR SKILLS:

You take pride in refining your communication, both written and verbal, and particularly excel at adapting to brand voice and creating compelling content.

You have a strong understanding of META platforms and social scheduling processes.

You display a keen interest and excitement in keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in social media platforms.

You are comfortable with marketing & asset management tools such as Trello, Asana, Slack, Notion, Canva, GSuite, Google Docs, Sheets, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others.

You read and follow instructions with precision, enabling you to excel in a remote work environment. Special note to see if you’re paying attention. Put the secret code word: Blueberry in the application or cover letter.

You have a reliable computer and internet connection and can use video conferencing services such as Zoom.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Creative Suite, and InDesign preferred

Possess intellectual curiosity. Can connect “the dots” quickly and perceptively. Problem solves without a road map.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
