The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team. We believe that our team is only as strong as the individuals in it, and we are committed to finding the best talent to help us achieve our goals.

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and contribute to our overall success. We prioritize teamwork, and will provide a lot of opportunity to learn and grow in this position. Training will be provided.

What You’ll Do:

Track and report on marketing performance
Provide travel arrangement support
Organize meeting notes and transcriptions
Manage content upload to learning platforms (Thinkific, Skool, Slack, Fbook, Fireflies)
Basic video clipping
Creation & posting of marketing content on Instagram and our Facebook Group
Manage Facebook community communications to build relationships with prospects – Welcoming members, monitoring comments, engaging with members.
