Job Role

As a Virtual Assistant to the CEO, you will be directly involved in implementing and managing digital marketing strategies and overseeing the operational aspects of our ecommerce store. Your role will be pivotal in driving brand growth through effective online presence management and innovative marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase engagement, brand awareness, and generate leads. Regularly create and post content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook,
and LinkedIn.

Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns that effectively communicate with our client base, promote listings, and drive traffic to our website and ecommerce store. We currently use Mail Chimp for email marketing.

Ecommerce Store Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce store, including product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. Our ecommerce platform is Shopify.

Content Creation: Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing and ecommerce metrics, prepare reports for the CEO, and suggest adjustments to strategies based on data insights.

Administrative Support: Assist the CEO with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

Client Engagement: Engage with clients and followers to build community and foster relationships that enhance brand loyalty and reputation.

Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Digital Marketer, or similar role with a strong background in social media management and email marketing.
-Experience managing ecommerce platforms with a basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and web analytics.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
