US based personal injury firm seeks amazing, experienced Marketing Assistant. We help people who have been injured in accidents get the money that they need to pay their medical bills and live a better life. Our organization is made up of aggressive, dedicated and zealous A-players who go above and beyond to make sure our clients are well taken care of. We know that being severely injured can place significant emotional and financial strain on our clients, and we do our best to alleviate that strain.

We are looking for a person to be part of our newly created marketing department. This person would be a self-starter, driven, with a see-it-through attitude who loves collecting data, implementing marketing initiatives and has a creative streak for business generating ideas. This is a person who can bring their organizational, communication, and administrative skills to our busy law firm. The right fit will be super personable, likeable, and with a proven track record of delivering projects on time. This person needs to thrive within a system with structure and guidance.

Success in this role is achieved by meeting deadlines and timely executing and completing marketing projects. You should embody the law firm’s core values of integrity, excellence and professionalism.

Responsibilities
-Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
-Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
-Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
-Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
-Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
-Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
-Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
-Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
-Coordinating networking meetings between other members of the firm and referral sources

Education & Experience Requirements:
-Computer literacy/proficiency
-Fluent in the English language (Verbal and Written)
-Great communication skills
-Good drafting skills
-Working knowledge of instagram, facebook and google

Other Requirements
-Must have good, stable internet and own a camera for Zoom meetings.
-This is a full time position

Time Zone:
The job hours for this role are 9AM to 5PM EST (with a 1 hr lunch break in between).

Salary & Benefits
-Salary: $800/per month paid weekly, plus end of year bonuses
