We’re a small-batch food maker in Melbourne making artisanal products with native ingredients and sharing that love with the world (oh, we sell plants too!). We’re incredibly values-driven and constantly work on ways to give back to the broader community, our suppliers, and our customers.
We are looking for a fun and dynamic Marketing and Sales Coordinator who isn’t afraid of fast-paced work and has a knack for tackling challenges head-on.
Who are we looking for?
– We’re on the hunt for a creative mind who wants to push boundaries and create an incredible branding and marketing experience. You have some experience in digital marketing (Klaviyo, Media Buying, Social Media Management) and have a natural ability to create beautiful designs. We want someone who’s looking to make a great career alongside a fast-growing startup. You should be an ideas person, and have an ability to bring these to the table in a timely and organised manner.
What will you do?
1. Manage and execute a thorough and on-brand marketing plan aligned with company goals and growth.
2. Prepare and send Klaviyo campaigns that look amazing and generate strong revenue returns as well as generate strong brand awareness and interest.
3. Liaise with external marketing contractors like Facebook Ads Managers, Google Ads Managers, and product photographers.
4. Plan and execute collaborations with micro-influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
5. Manage and maintain external stakeholders regarding social media editing, planning, and execution.

8. Maintain strong KPI results relating to website revenue, open rates, ROI, and general interest.
