Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Marketing Support:
* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
* Support the marketing team in organizing various projects and activities such as events, trade shows, and digital campaigns.
* Content Creation:
* Assist in creating engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
* Coordinate with the design team to produce promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.
* Market Research:
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
* Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
* Data Analysis:
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
* Use analytical tools to track online ad campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
* Administrative Tasks:
* Perform administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the marketing department.
* Maintain marketing databases, including client lists, mailing lists, and promotional materials inventory.
* Social Media Management:
* Schedule and post content across various social media platforms.
* Monitor social media engagement and interact with the online community to enhance brand presence.
* Collaboration:
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company goals.
* Attend marketing meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and growth.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Basic knowledge of marketing software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, online analytics, and Google AdWords).
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
