Position Summary:
Lumeco Energy is a Home Performance with Energy Star Contractor for some of the biggest utility companies in the nation, including Pepco, Baltimore Gas & Electric, Energize Delaware, and Delmarva and more. We provide energy efficient solutions for residential and commercial customers in Baltimore, Washington DC, and everywhere in between. At Lumeco, we focus on customer service, while improving the overall building performance of our customers by performing weatherization services, along with Energy Star rated equipment upgrades (i.e. HVAC, Heat Pump Water Heaters and more).
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our sustainable energy services, generate new leads, and engage our current customer base. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on environmental sustainability.
Required Job Responsibilities
Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:
-Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media plan for our brand. Design creative content for posts along with a posting schedule for Instagram and Facebook to engage our audience effectively.
-Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement an email marketing plan for our brand. Craft and execute compelling email content, including offers from Lumeco and informational emails about topics (i.e. Maintenance reminders, residential clean energy grants, etc.)
-Content Creation: Prepare creative content about all of Lumeco Energy’s service offerings for print and digital platforms (i.e. Attic air sealing, insulation installation, HVAC replacements, water heater replacements, and more).
-Lead Management: Monitor all leads generated through all marketing channels utilizing company CRM Freshsales (i.e Social Media, Google, Door-2-Door Sales, Customer Referrals, etc).
Reporting: Create monthly and quarterly comprehensive reports that provide a performance overview of all company marketing activities (i.e. lead generation metrics, conversion ratios, sales and revenue impact, budget analysis, etc).
Additional Job Functions:
Additional tasks include, but are not limited to:
-Scheduling Appointments: Contact new leads to follow-up on their inquiries for company services (i.e. Energy Audits, etc.) and scheduling their appointments
-Data Entry: Performing data entry tasks as need by management
-Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks as needed by management
Required Qualifications
The following qualifications are required for this role:
Adobe Creative Suite – Proficient
Google Suite (i.e. Sheets, Docs, Slides) – Proficient
Canva – Proficient
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
English – Proficient
