Job Summary: The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Director in coordinating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance brand awareness.

Content Creation
• Assist in creating engaging content for marketing channels, social media, email campaigns, and website.
• Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
• Research, outline, and create compelling eBooks and blog posts that align with our brand voice and resonate with the target audience.

Social Media Management
• Update social media platforms with relevant and timely content.

Email Marketing
• Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Help maintain email lists, create newsletters, and analyze campaign performance.

Digital Marketing Management
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads & Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc.).
• Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, SEM, retargeting, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Video Editing
• Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality finished products.
• Ensure videos align with branding and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Add visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the overall impact.
• Add video subtitles for YouTube and social media use.

Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with Marketing Director on design, branding, and sales team tools, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies.
• Assist in maintaining marketing calendars, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• HubSpot certifications and Graphic design experience are pluses.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies.
