Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant Marketing Assistant at our real estate brokerage, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts to drive business growth and enhance our online presence. Your responsibilities will include executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, coordinating with internal teams, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.
Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email templates, and social media posts.

Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain the brokerage’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) by curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to foster a vibrant online community.
Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance to optimize content strategy and drive engagement.

Content Creation:
Generate creative and engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, newsletters, and video scripts, to showcase property listings, market insights, and industry expertise.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.

Client Communication:
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and social media, providing timely responses and exceptional customer service.
Coordinate with agents on their social media needs such as postcards, brochures, etc.

Administrative Support:
Assist in maintaining databases and email marketing platforms to organize client information and streamline communication processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as Canva, FloDesk, Wise Pelican
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content and interact professionally with clients and team members.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
