Position: Part-Time Marketing Assistant (Summer) transitioning to Full-Time (September)

**Responsibilities:**
– Creating social media graphics on Canva to promote phone cases.
– Responding to customer emails and social media DMs about products.
– Developing weekly email marketing templates.
– Writing blog posts for Gen Z girls on beauty, fashion, and trends.
– Managing file organization and handling administrative tasks to support business operations.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in a marketing role.
– Exceptional art direction skills with a strong portfolio.
– Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments.
– Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
– Innovative mindset with a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

**Requirements:**
– Preferred but not required: A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
– 2-3 years of specialized experience in digital graphic design.
– A standout portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design work.
– Mastery of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Proactive approach to product improvement and innovation.
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Stellar communication abilities and fluency in English.

**Additional Requirements:**
– Part-time availability (4 hours a day) Monday to Friday, transitioning to full-time with flexible remote hours in September.
– Ability to join 1-hour meetings twice a week.
