The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of marketing projects and specific social media marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop social media strategies in line with marketing goals and post daily
Responsible for all photography/videography on social media and the Company website
Assist in developing and designing the Company’s website
Maintain the website so that it is current
Create email campaigns for referral sources and patients
Work with the marketing team to produce newsletter (printed & digital)
Maintain email and address lists for patients and medical doctors for mailings
Develop brochures and flyers about services and technology which the company provides
Assist our Physician Liaisons on their daily tasks and help them stay in contact with our referral sources
Being able to respond to reviews from google daily in a professional manner & escalate to management where appropriate
Daily multiple Google My Business posts to boost SEO as well as digital marketing
Updating spreadsheets to pull keywords on a weekly basis
Cold calling referral sources daily and find new potential leads for reps to follow up with in the field
Using CRM to find leads which have dropped off and provide to reps
Keep log of leads
Be able to continuously use initiative & make educated decisions on the website and keep updated daily
Help improve SEO ranking
Vast experience how to increase SEO and work with Google ads team
Qualifications:
Prior experience in social media posting and content strategy
Working knowledge of popular social media platforms
Prior experience with content development and social analytics analysis
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Canva or creating graphics
Content create experience for the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
1-2 years of experience in related field
