team assists business owners with tenant and landlord commercial real estate
representation. We specialize in restaurant real estate, retail, office, and industrial
warehouse leasing, purchase, and investment sales. We serve business owner
clients in the whole southeast region from Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina,
South Carolina, Alabama to Florida.
If you are best at the following:
Organized and creative is a must. Graphic design background is a plus.
VA hire will eventually manage all social media accounts and become our team’s marketing expert.
Create marketing materials (Flyers, Ads)
Email Campaigns
Create content and run company social media accounts (IG, FB, Google Business). In the future add a TikTok account and maintain a YouTube channel. Basically, all items are related to social media marketing.

Working hours: 9AM-11AM EST (EASTERN TIME ZONE)
$5 per hour starting at 10 hours/week with room to grow to 20 hours/week.
