I’m Looking for a marketing assistant to join me at Design Hero as my full-time sidekick.
I’m looking for someone who can be creative AND methodical.
I’m looking for someone who likes to do things to a high standard.
I’m looking for someone who is a self-starter, and can think on their own to see the big picture and find solutions.
I’m looking for someone who is hungry for trying new tools, and gain new knowledge.

This position will be fully remote.
I’m looking for someone full-time, but the hours are flexible:
I don’t mind when you work so long as you get the job done.
We will need a small overlap in hours for just x1 face to face virtual meeting per week.
But apart from that, you can work your hours around family, internet, health or any other issues if you wish.

I will provide ongoing mentoring and teaching to nurture your skills.
If you would like to learn particular skills, let me know and I’ll help you learn them.
I don’t do last-minute deadlines or rush jobs.
I’m looking for a long-term relationship with the right person.
Attitude and mindset are far more important to me than skills or particular software.
I’m looking to work with someone long-term who can become a vital part of the team and grow with the business,
and I’ll provide everything I can to help you do that

1 Must be fluent in English understanding, speaking and writing.
2 Must have excellent copywriting skills.
Not just the ability to write in English;
I’m looking for someone who really understands writing compelling stories, copy for marketing, engaging case studies, brand tone etc.
You must be able to demonstrate experience of writing in a marketing context for ads, blog content, social media etc.
3 Social media. A large part of your job will be promoting Design Hero across social media. I don’t need to be a social media expert, but need a general awareness of the basics of social marketing concepts, hashtags, analytics, funnels, lead magnets, etc will be needed.
4 Must have at least x3 hours/day with a stable internet connection.
5 your Must be acting as an individual or freelancer NOT an agency, NOT a business with a “spokesperson”. I’m looking for someone to work directly for Design Hero.

Basic graphic design editing skills on Photoshop.
