Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Assistant to join our team. Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media.
Analyzing social media metrics to track engagement and make recommendations for improvement.

Content creation:

Writing and editing high-quality blog posts, articles, website content, and social media captions.
Creating visually appealing graphics, info graphics, and videos to accompany the content.
Conducting thorough research to ensure accurate and compelling content.

Email marketing:

Crafting persuasive email copy for engaging campaigns and newsletters.
Managing email marketing platforms, segmenting lists, and scheduling email sends.
Monitoring email campaign performance and optimizing for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Market research:

Conducting comprehensive market research to identify target markets, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
Analyzing competitor strategies and industry trends to inform marketing initiatives.
Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Search engine optimization (SEO):

Conducting keyword research to optimize website content and structure for search engines.
Implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Monitoring website analytics and making data-driven recommendations for SEO optimization.

Copywriting:

Writing persuasive and compelling copy for advertisements, landing pages, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
Adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining consistent messaging across various platforms.

PPC advertising:

Setting up and managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
Conducting keyword research and ad targeting to optimize campaign performance.

Analytics and reporting:

Analyzing marketing data using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
Preparing detailed reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.

Lead generation:

Researching and identifying potential leads or prospects using various online tools and platforms.
Managing lead generation tools and systems to track and nurture leads.
Assisting in the development and execution of lead nurturing campaigns.
Cold calling individuals

Online reputation management:

Monitoring online mentions of the company or brand across social media platforms and review sites.
Addressing customer reviews and feedback promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and ability to derive insights from data.
