Marketing assistant

Bluebird Care Totton (UK-based) is looking for remote help with all their online marketing. You would be helping the main managing director Bernadette with running various marketing initiatives such as Facebook ads and free posts, helping with setting up all links with various support groups in our areas and helping with writing the website content ( for example Click to view/new-forest ) and managing the SEO in the background.
Bernadette is head of the group who have several branches (Portsmouth, Newforest, Southampton, Totton and Ringwood) across the South.
We are a health care provider, which means we send people to help look after the elderly and vulnerable in their own homes in our communities. Often many families do not have the time to help their grandparents. This might be different in your society but over here, we get healthcare assistants to go to their homes to help them shower, get up, medication prompting, get dressed etc. As you can imagine, it is a very personal and emotional service delivery as we are dealing with vulnerable people, families and our rules and regulations in our country.
So I need someone who can grow in their role and learn initially and support me but in the long run, I hope that you will flourish and be creative with campaigns, writing newsletters for our customers and setting up email campaigns via Mailchimp or whatever we would use. analyse our Facebook efforts and our review platforms . Help with making leaflet designs via Canva.

I am an idea-driven person but I do not have the social media skill set anymore to drive the public to us nor the ability to get my head around Google management. It is becoming too complex for me with Ai for example. We need a person who is willing to learn, roll their sleeves up, and be trustworthy and eager.
This will be the first time we will hire someone overseas so it will be a new experience for us as much as it would be for you.
