We are interested in hiring an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team. Your ultimate goal will be to perform various administrative tasks for the smooth running of the Marketing Department. As a Marketing and Sales Associate, you are duties and responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementing, and executing marketing campaigns along with the Marketing team.
Helping out the team with marketing collateral and other materials.
Doing marketing research regularly.
Working smoothly with the marketing team and analyzing lead rating
Assisting in organizing promotional activities.
Implementing and delivering presentations.
Maintaining smooth communication within the organization’s activities.
Creating and updating marketing databases
Preparing monthly reports on key performance indicators.
Updating/Filling in Scorecards
Helping build and manage lead lists
Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining records, taking minutes of meetings, and other administrative duties.
Other miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities related to Marketing Assistant..
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, and Management, or a related field.
Experience working as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or a similar role in the Marketing Department.
Demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of office management principles and procedures.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Exhibit excellent abilities to prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Exceptional customer service skills
Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
A keen eye on details for accuracy.
An organized individual with amazing people skills.
Preferably with Paid Ads and GHL Experience (but not required).
