Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Offshore Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our growing agency in various administrative and marketing tasks. This role involves immediate responsibilities such as social media management, content creation, and market research, followed by more advanced tasks like email management and sales lead analysis.

Responsibilities:

Immediate Needs:

1. Social Media Monitoring and Engagement:
– Monitor and respond to social media activity on various platforms.
– Engage with followers, answer inquiries, and foster positive online interactions.

2. Social Media Content Creation:
– Develop engaging and relevant content for company social media posts.
– Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and campaigns.

3. Market Research for Campaigns:
– Conduct market research to gather insights for upcoming marketing campaigns.
– Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Later Needs:

4. Email Management:
– Manage and triage emails for the agency owner.
– Prioritize emails based on urgency and importance.
– Draft responses and flag important messages for the owner’s attention.

5. Analysis and Qualification of Inbound Sales Leads:
– Analyze inbound sales leads to assess their potential value to the agency.
– Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficient in social media management and content creation.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Ability to conduct market research and provide actionable insights.
– Familiarity with email management tools and practices.
– Analytical mindset for lead analysis and qualification.

Working Hours:

– Part-time, must be able to work between 9am-5pm PST
– Availability for immediate needs during regular business hours.

Possibility of Full-Time:

– The position starts part-time with the potential for full-time employment based on the candidate’s quality of work, work ethic, and business need.
