Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant with a strong background in design and digital marketing tools. This role will provide essential support to our marketing department, assisting with various tasks that contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
Create visually engaging and on-brand designs for marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and other design software.
Assist in designing and producing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, digital assets, and website graphics.
Support the development and maintenance of our company website (), ensuring content is up-to-date and visually appealing.
Manage and curate content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials, adhering to design principles.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth within the Canadian automotive market.
Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions, including designing event materials tailored to the Canadian audience.
Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, compiling data and generating reports to measure their effectiveness in the Canadian context.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and handling correspondence.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to contribute fresh ideas and insights relevant to the Canadian automotive market.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in a marketing or related role, with a strong focus on design and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in design software such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Solid understanding of design principles and a portfolio showcasing design skills.
Experience in website development and content management systems.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
