Mission:
We are seeking a talented individual as a Marketing Assistant to work alongside our small Sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a background in communication, marketing and sales experience in order to best assist the salesperson with building a lead funnel and closing sales, with a focus on lead nurturing through web processes such as email, content, and social channels.
Duties would include handling contacts in our CRM (Go High Level), following up with prospective clients via email and/or social media, helping promote our educational webinars, engaging with prospective clients on social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In), and helping to better define and systematize this new position.
We are looking for someone driven to succeed, someone that enjoys marketing and social media, and someone with a strong sense of processes and systems in order to make this position as streamlined and automated as possible. This is a remote position where you can work from home, and hours will be 40 hours/week.
Outcomes:
The goal is to help the company increase their sales and take some of the marketing and follow-up tasks off of the salesperson’s schedule. Helping open doors and form relationships with prospects is crucial, helping build the lead funnel is the primary goal, and adding creativity and passion to the position is a must.

Pay scale will be $5/hour, and raises and/or bonuses will be dictated by sales opportunities and success with our marketing outreach.
