About the Job:
We’re looking for a rockstar Marketing Assistant to work with us to deliver outstanding results to our clients. As our in-house Marketing Assistant, you will work on a variety of activities to help further our service delivery and external marketing efforts…
You will be responsible for:
*Gathering and compiling information to plan advertising campaigns.
*Working with internal departments to develop and update content for client reporting & onboarding
*Inspect layout and advertising copy; ad scripts, audio and video tapes, and other promotional material to ensure adherence to specifications.
*Setting up CRM account & workflow with follow-up systems to help clients book and set appointments on autopilot using Go High Level
*Identifying potential prospects and decision makers for new customer acquisition & potential partnerships
*Building marketing assets such as quizzes, surveys, landing pages, etc for our lead-generation campaigns
* Assisting with reporting ad campaign metrics and performance using Google sheets etc
*Helping media buyers set up ad pixels and tracking implementation for our lead generation campaigns.
*Sourcing and liaising with UGC actors and content creators for our short-form lead-generation video ads.
Tools you will work with include but are not limited to: GoHighLevel, Unbounce, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads manager, Google Ads manager, Zapier, Google Workspace, Pixel helper, Video editing tools, Google Analytics
Requirements:
As the title says, we’re looking for a “Rockstar Marketing Assistant” and this doesn’t mean anybody… You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:
*Ability to work under pressure and deadline (and hear some curse words)
*Project management skills including strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate and interact with cross-functional teams
*Experience in digital marketing (2+ years)
*Great written and verbal English communication
*Comfortable using technology (tech-savvy)
*Proficiency with Google Docs, Presentation & Google Sheets
*Self-starter capable of working autonomously
*Good telephone skills
