Position Overview
We’re searching for a Marketing Assistant who’s ready to make an immediate impact. This is your golden ticket to be part of what will soon become a household name synonymous with travel.

We are looking for a versatile Marketing Assistant who is ready to make an immediate impact. In this role, you will support the marketing team with a variety of tasks including research, outreach, campaign management, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly adaptable, and excited to contribute to a dynamic team. This full-time, remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, allowing you to achieve the perfect work-life balance.

Responsibilities
– Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including the creation of promotional materials.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
– Support outreach efforts to partners, influencers, etc.
– Manage and maintain marketing databases, including data entry and report preparation.
– Help with social media management, content creation, and website maintenance.
– Provide administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
– Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
– Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies.

Required Experience
– Previous experience in marketing or related roles is preferred.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Google Suite and basic graphic design software.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
– Experience in using platforms or tools such as ClickUp, Linear, Slack, ChatGPT, Click to view, Hubspot or similar tools is preferred, – but not required.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
