Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our boutique agency in various administrative and creative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. This role will involve assisting with digital posting, page layouts, web development, web design, social media posting, copywriting, and potentially virtual assistant tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with digital posting across various platforms.
– Support in page layouts for publications and other design-related tasks.
– Aid in web development and design tasks, particularly within WordPress.
– Assist in social media posting and scheduling.
– Contribute to copywriting tasks as needed.
– Provide general administrative support and potentially assist as a virtual assistant.
Requirements:
– Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
– Proficiency in Adobe Suite and familiarity with Canva.
– Experience with WordPress and other web development platforms.
– Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Publer.
– Knowledge of project management systems like Stream Time.
– Experience in desktop publishing and design-related tasks preferred.
– Willingness to adapt and learn new software and tools as needed.
Software to Be Used:
– Adobe Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
– Canva
– WordPress
– Publer (or similar social media scheduling tool)
– Stream Time (project management system)
– Dropbox (for file sharing)
– HubSpot (for CRM and marketing automation)
– Any additional software or tools relevant to specific project requirements or client needs, with a willingness to adapt and learn as needed.
