Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in growing our social media following, expanding our email list, and bringing in leads eager to work with us. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our executive team to execute the vision of our business, manage various marketing projects, and uphold our core values with resourcefulness and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support:
? Communicate effectively between departments and execute special projects.
? Attend and contribute to brainstorm and planning meetings.
? Identify and improve efficiencies within the business operations.
2. Growth:
? Execute launches and promotions, and maintain and build marketing funnels.
? Expand our social media following across various platforms.
? Create and schedule social media content to engage and grow our audience.
? Generate leads through strategic marketing initiatives.
? Manage and grow our email list through weekly email campaigns.
3. Operations/Fulfillment:
? Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
? Provide support to members via email, ManyChat, Facebook Groups, and course maintenance/building.
– Assist with the planning and execution of live events and support the production manager as needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Use ClickUp for project management and task tracking.
• Execute and report on projects and tasks within ClickUp.
• Manage current, future, and recurring projects efficiently.

Weekly Task Management:
• Collaborate with the team on the weekly task list in ClickUp to ensure all tasks are completed.
• Participate in growth team sprints focused on achieving specific outcomes within set timeframes.

Miscellaneous Tasks:
• Collect debrief data after each project launch.
• Proofread and format emails in Keepful.
• Grant course access and monitor recurring tasks.
• Contribute additional ideas for social media content and create graphics.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Facebook ads, email marketing, and social media management.
• Strong content creation and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
