Marketing Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
• Shopify Website management, uploading files to shopify store & google drive
• Automate landing pages with paypal, zoom, send out free gifts with zapier or include downloadable file on welcome page
• Assist with back end SEO
• Optimize web pages, be proficient or at least know how Shopify works and be able to learn on your OWN time if you need assistance in how to use Shopify to a greater degree
• Manage website, update products, add/edit products (eCommerce aspects) ongoing
• Know how to use Zapier to integrate between varying systems
• Auto correct, edit & schedule newsletters and use the email CRM
• Manage any related marketing databases & segmented lists
• Write and schedule/manage email campaigns
• You *must* be proficient to speak and write in English to assist in writing when needed
• Manage and assist in social media posting and scheduling
• Youtube, etc.
• Editing video content and audio content: You must be able to edit video and audio content to grab video shorts/reels, edit podcast episodes, etc and post on my youtube channel
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) based on the current Playbook (will be provided to you in due time)
• Willing and able to use Click to view for graphic design of class banners & promotional posting aspects as needed to assist in social media posting
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS AND SKILL SETS NEEDED
• Must understand energy work, spiritual businesses or willing to grow and learn and listen to content to learn about what I do
• Video editing know how (you don’t have to be an expert but know how to do it and do it well)
• MUST be a show up kind of person, one who is not afraid to learn new things, and MUST be a loyal, honest, full of integrity kind of human
• English speaking and writing (HIGH proficiency)
• Marketing experience required with proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media, managing websites
• Ability and demonstrable experience in using Canva and other systems (email systems, CRM, etc.)
• Willing to stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Interest in spiritual and energy-related topics, this is highly desired but not required (but it is required that you’re interested and willing to learn, listen, and really understand what my work is about)
This will require at least 2 references that can be called or emailed of real persons that you have worked with in a marketing capacity (PLEASE DO NOT SEND FRIENDS OR FAMILY). This will be discussed with the candidates who are good fits.
This position can be hourly or it can be a weekly flat fee.
