I’m looking for a Marketing Assistant for 10 hours per week with the intention to grow to a full time role.
The role is mostly content creation however there will be some administrative functions required at times for which I will provide training for.
Experience in Canva is REQUIRED
Experience editing in short form video editing for Reels/Tik Tok Videos is a plus
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
Experience working in ThriveCart and Asana is a plus, but not required
Must be creative and innovative with attention to detail
You will be creating:
– Photos for social media (photos of me with text/graphic or text/graphic only)
– Thumbnails for Instagram Reels
– Instagram story graphics
– Video editing (taking long form video content and clipping it to short form videos, and short form videos from B-Roll footage)
– Checkout pages in ThriveCart
You will also be:
– Organizing, Repurposing and scheduling content across multiple platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn
– Completing hashtag research for Instagram and TikTok
– Tracking Social Media Analytics
– Formatting emails to include links and graphics
– Format Instagram captions to include emojis

I am an accountant and online course creator, my signature course is Chillbooks. Chillbooks is a fun, approachable financial education course that offers bookkeeping and QuickBooks training, along with essential financial education for entrepreneurs. For accountants and bookkeepers, there is a Chillbooks certification program that allows them to license and use the Chillbooks course inside their practice. They become Chillbooks Faciliators and are mentored personally by me.
