We are looking for a proactive, go-getting Marketing Administrator who shares our vision and is ready to roll up their sleeves and dive headfirst into helping us to create the more efficient support systems and marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:
• Navigating email correspondence with efficiency
• Organising Sharepoint documents for us from various different sources
• Taming calendars into submission with automated bookings and meticulous planning
• Managing our marketing action plans making sure that they stay on track
• You will help us to forge new connections on Linkedin
• You will unleash the power of HubSpot transforming client contacts into valuable relationships
• Using Mailchimp you will develop email processes that dazzle and delight
• You will make use of Streamyard, ensuring our live events are a spectacle to behold.
• You will be the front line go to person for client queries dealing with them with speed and efficiency
• You will craft promotions which attract attention and inform
• You will help to build our SEO skills and ensure our website is ‘top class’
• You will arm our team with the tools they need to succeed supporting proposals and propelling our marketing efforts to new heights.
• You will manage our invoice and expense handling ensuring financial structures are rigorous and effective with your keen eye for detail
• You will support us with travel bookings
• You will offer insights and suggestions to improve our processes and systems.
Desired skills and qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• A proven track record in administrative roles, in a marketing or similar environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and a variety of marketing automation tools
• A knack for analytical thinking and problems-solving
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication abilities
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with ease
• A collaborate spirit and thirst for innovation.
