**Job Description:**
We are looking for a proficient and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled with Highlevel CRM, fluent in English, and familiar with Canva and Descript. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns using Highlevel CRM.
– Create and design engaging visual content using Canva for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
– Edit and produce video content using Descript to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
– Manage and update customer data within Highlevel CRM to ensure accuracy and segmentation.
– Coordinate and schedule social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing communications.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new marketing ideas and strategies.
– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
– Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
– Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

**Qualifications:**
– Proficiency in Highlevel CRM is a must.
– Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
– Familiarity with Canva and Descript for content creation and video editing.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
– Experience in social media management and email marketing is a plus.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
