The Role: Marketing Assistant with PPC. 8am-5pm Est, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:
PPC Campaigns: Skillfully managing Pay-Per-Click campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive focused traffic, optimize conversions, and achieve advertising objectives.
Keyword Research: Uncovering valuable keywords and phrases through comprehensive research to tailor content and generate targeted traffic.
Watch the results of our paid campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
Bid Management: Monitoring and adjusting bidding strategies to maximize budget efficiency and yield optimal results.
A/B Testing: Planning and implementing A/B tests to refine ad performance, landing page effectiveness, and campaign success.
Analytics & Reporting: Utilizing PPC analytics tools to analyze campaign data, track key metrics, and prepare insightful reports for continuous enhancement.
Stay Updated: Staying informed about industry trends, PPC algorithm changes, and best practices for maintaining competitive and effective campaigns.
Project Management; Create and manage projects within Task Management systems such as , Keep team members aware of what needs to be done, report to your supervisor on what is waiting for approval.
Manage Marketing Calendar
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the coordination of the marketing department’s activities.
Initiate New Campaign and Promotion Ideas; You will collaborate with the marketing manager to create innovative campaigns and promotions to maximize the company’s profits and growth.
Content Creation on an as -needed basis, working with our Social Media, Graphics, Copywriting, and other marketing assistants
Employ Marketing Analytic Techniques to Gather Important Data; This will include: social media, promotion results, web analytics, rankings, etc.

Must-Haves:

Must be able to work 8am-5pm Eastern time, Monday-Friday
Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in data analysis, trend identification, and data utilization for campaign optimization.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with our international team.
Fast-Paced & Responsive: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, respond promptly to queries, and adapt to dynamic campaign changes.
Proven Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns, with a record of driving conversions and meeting advertising goals.
Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of PPC platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.
Proven experience as a marketing assistant or similar position.
Strong understanding of project management and marketing principles.
Understanding of market research techniques.
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
Intermediate Design Experience (Canva, Adobe Spark, Photoshop, or Illustrator)- proven experience creating simple graphics and videos for social media.
Advanced Content Writing Skills – proven experience writing content for social media, blogs, or websites.
Well Organized and Spectacular Attention to Detail.
Strong Communication and People Skills.
Expertise with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Google Docs, Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
