Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

– Learn and understand the core principles, strategies, and techniques of digital marketing.
– Assist the digital marketing team in executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
– Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data related to website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
– Support the team in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform digital marketing strategies.
– Assist in the creation and optimization of digital marketing content, social media posts, and email newsletters.
– Learn and utilize various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
– Assist in monitoring and managing social media platforms, including scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking social media metrics.
– Support the implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
– Learn to create and manage online advertising campaigns, such as Google AdWords and social media ads, under the guidance of the digital marketing team.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing through self-learning and training sessions.
– Collaborate with team members to contribute innovative ideas and insights to improve digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
– Klaviyo & Influencer marketing knowledge is MUST.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
– Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. [Optional]

Working hours are generally 8am to 5pm. Weekly meetings may be required to discuss with the team in the US and China.
