Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager you will:
Sort through inbound calls/voicemails. Identify potential homeowners that are looking to sell, and create the leads for the sales team in our CRM.
Send out and sift through SMS conversations to identify potential homeowners looking to sell their property.
Import and manage lists of homeowner data in our cold calling software.
Use AI to create new marketing messages/templates for our marketing department.
Create weekly and monthly marketing reports for our marketing team.
Send out marketing emails/texts to our database of investors about new available properties.
Import phone numbers/email addresses of new investors into our database.
Create FB posts for our FB page and schedule them to be posted accordingly.
Creating drip/follow up sequences in our CRM for potential clients.
Some assistance with developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, FB Ads, organic FB) may be needed
Utilize Upwork to manage freelance projects and virtual assistants
