At VidPro Studio, and along with our signature programs, we are all about providing training and education to small businesses in the areas of video marketing, business, and content creation. We’re a female-owned and -run business and we’re passionate about empowering smart, creative people to “think outside the cubicle” in order to achieve the dreams they have for themselves and their families.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed marketing assistant to help with the day to day marketing duties in the growing business. We’re based in Western New York, US, but absolutely willing to work with people remotely.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):
– Making short video clips of longer videos such as Zoom calls and podcasts episodes
– Schedule social media posts
– Schedule community posts
– Designing and creating images on Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud software
– Video editing
– Writing blog posts
– Scheduling marketing emails

Required:
– Access to your own computer and dependable Internet service
– Excellent English comprehension and writing ability
– Problem-solving ability
– Top-notch customer service skills, patience, and a compassionate, professional demeanor
– Experience using Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
– Experience in the areas of blogging and content creation (SEO, creating links, etc)
– Ability to check in daily (M-F)
– Ability to work 20-30 hours per week

Not required, but definitely pluses:
– Ok with working some hours between 9am-3pm EST (New York Time Zone)
– Experience in editing with Adobe Premiere Pro and Descript
– Experience with copywriting for marketing
– Experience working in Kajabi
– Previous assistant or virtual assistant experience

Hours for this role will begin at 20-30 hours per week with the potential for more as the company grows.
