As a Marketing Assistant at All Around Surfaces, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, attracting new customers, and ensuring our existing clients receive the support they need. You will be responsible for a variety of marketing and customer engagement tasks, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

– Watch the 6 Hour Home Service System Training: Complete the comprehensive training program to understand our unique service system and its marketing requirements.
– Implement Facebook Ads: Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to promote our services, increase brand visibility, and drive traffic to our website.
– Implement Google Ads: Develop and maintain Google Ads campaigns to target potential customers actively searching for home services in our area.
– Manage the WordPress Website: Keep our company website up-to-date with fresh content, images, and offers. Ensure that the website reflects our latest service offerings and engages visitors effectively.
– Respond to Facebook Messages & Comments: Monitor our Facebook page for messages and comments, providing prompt and helpful responses to inquiries and feedback.
– Convert Those People to Appointments in the Company CRM: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads generated from Facebook and Google Ads, schedule appointments, and follow up to convert leads into customers.
– Perform Website Audits: Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement in terms of user experience, SEO, and content quality. Implement necessary changes to enhance website performance.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in digital marketing, including Facebook and Google Ads, is preferred but not required.
– Basic knowledge of WordPress or willingness to learn.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
