To give people back the years, even decades that would have been lost to sickness and disease so they can have the love, laughter, and memories they would have never experienced.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who will work alongside our CEO & Client Experience Director to manage digital assets, support marketing initiatives, and free up time for the leadership team.
This is a remote role that would ideally suit someone who is looking to grow with a company for years to come. We are looking to start this position as Part-Time (10-20 hours per week) with room for rapid advancement into Full-Time; you should be available 5 days a week & able to work in the Pacific Time Zone.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Admin Management: Coordinate client meetings via Calendly/Google Cal, dispatch files through WeTransfer, and post Zoom video recordings into Notion.
– Digital Asset Management: Regularly upload videos, images, and content to tools like Notion, Kajabi, and Thinkific, ensuring organized and prompt access.
– Installing & Facilitating Campaigns for Meta/YouTube/Google Ads:
– Meta: Handle & install ads, form audiences, manage budgets, and communicate ad performance.
– YouTube: Process ad media uploads, aggregate ad URLs, and initiate campaigns.
– Google Ads: Engage in keyword research, competitor insights, and ensure campaign effectiveness.
– GoHighLevel Updates: Implement necessary changes to client funnels for optimum performance.
– Data Aggregation: Pull together information from varied sources to enhance team communication and efficiency.
– Operational Streamlining: Create SOPs, relay client updates, and synchronize partner interactions.
EXPERIENCE:
You should not be new to any of the above responsibilities, be independent, and able to complete work in a timely manner with minimum supervision. You are the PERFECT fit if you’re the kind of person who crosses your T’s, dots your I’s, and makes sure everyone else does too.
You must be highly organized and technical in nature, knowing how to use Google & Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, Notion, Slack, Zoom, Kajabi, WeTransfer, and more
You should also be confident enough to push back on the team and express your opinion if you think the ship is heading off course. We encourage that.
