Marketing Assistant

HYPR Service is actively looking for a Remote Professional who is qualified for a MARKETING ASSISTANT role.

Qualifications
– Can quickly adapt to any compliance changes that get made in regard to cold calling or texting
– Can implement automation where possible within our current marketing process.
– Familiar with Podio, Launchcontrol, Smartphone, Batch leads, Slack, and Zapier to identify and resolve issues quickly.
– Can Establish and maintain a comprehensive troubleshooting guide for common system errors.
– Can execute and track new marketing campaigns for cold calling, texting, direct mail, email campaigns, etc in a timely and effective manner just giving direction on what to do.
-Conduct regular audits of marketing data to identify and rectify errors.
-Can implement a data validation process to reduce data inaccuracies and make sure all data is accurate and up to date.
-Can monitor campaign performance and highlight key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Fix any Issues within Podio, Pulling Call Recordings from Podio and refreshing phone numbers as needed
-Can manage call flows, text flows and voicemail flows within our phone system Smrtphone
-Knows to skip trace and keep our Data Organized/Categorized within our skip tracing software
-Can create new ways and maintain current ways to track our data and stay organized within spreadsheets to improve the quality of decisions that can be made based on that data
-Can Track Conversion Rates on the website, Direct Mail, Cold Call, and Text Message campaigns
-Can keep track of our Sales Pipeline Velocity and how long it takes for a lead to become a closed contact
-Can track the average lifetime value of our clients
-Can execute SEO strategies to help our website rank higher on specific keywords throughout Florida
-Can complete special projects or tasks
