Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant with a focus on Linkedin to support a professional speaker coach in expanding his business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and enhancing lead generation efforts through innovative sales funnels and direct outreach.

Responsibilities:
– Craft engaging LinkedIn scripts and optimise the coach’s LinkedIn profile to maximise visibility and impact.
– Conduct LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator to generate leads and create opportunities for partnerships.
– Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote coaching programs and expand business outreach.
– Build and optimise high-performing sales funnels to enhance conversion rates and sell coaching programs.
– Engage in direct response marketing efforts, leveraging previous experience to deliver measurable results.
– Design graphics for digital marketing campaigns and rebrand social media profiles as necessary.
– Write compelling copy for various marketing materials to engage the target audience effectively.
– Perform basic video editing to produce quality content for promotional purposes.
– Manage social media accounts, focusing initially on LinkedIn, with plans to expand to other platforms.
– Optimise and manage the CRM and LMS system – being Clixlo.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in marketing, particularly in LinkedIn marketing and direct response strategies, and creating sales funnels.
– Demonstrated ability to generate leads and forge partnerships, preferably with a background in coaching or similar fields.
– Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in social media management tools and LinkedIn automation tools.
– Excellent copywriting and basic video editing skills.
– Dynamic, high-energy personality with a love for communication and the resilience to handle rejection in direct messaging.
– Knowledgeable in setting up and using project management software such as Trello or Asana.
Must be self-motivated, organised, and able to match the high energy and enthusiasm of the business owner.
– Highly organised
– Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Software to Be Used:
– Clixlo (very similar to Go High Level or Kartra, so experience in those is fine)
– Trello or Asana
– LinkedIn Sales Navigator
– All social media platforms
– Canva

Timezone: AEST

Working Hours: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week

Rate: $520 AUD per month
