Job Overview:
The Marketing Assistant & Executive Assistant will work directly with the founder to support marketing, administrative, and project management tasks across a range of companies within the portfolio. The role demands a blend of creative, administrative, and project management skills, as well as the ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Copywriting: Develop compelling content for websites, social media, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
Social Media Management & Growth: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
Project Management: Assist in planning, managing, and executing projects efficiently and on time.
Website Management: Keep websites updated with relevant content and ensure optimal functionality.
Graphic Design: Design engaging graphics using tools like Canva and Figma for marketing materials and social media posts.
Managing Billing: Oversee billing processes, ensuring all invoicing and financial tracking is accurate and timely.
Supporting Client Services: Assist in managing client relationships and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in social media management, copywriting, and content creation.
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva and Figma.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience in managing billing and basic understanding of financial processes.
Ability to provide exceptional client service and support.
Availability with some overlap of US business hours.
