POSITION:
Marketing Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team on various projects in an innovative environment.
– Assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of various marketing campaigns and initiatives
– Provide general administrative support such as market research, generating reports, as well as maintaining Marketing databases and SOPs
– Scheduling campaigns and promotions on various platforms
– Assist in creating and publishing content such as emails, blogs, social media posts etc.
– Liaising between internal departments & external vendors
– Miscellaneous tasks during downtime based on your skills and aspirations
QUALIFICATIONS:
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant with the following skill sets and experience…
– Previous experience within the e-commerce or marketing fields
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– High level of organization and attention to detail
– Strong analytical aptitude and ability to work independently
– Ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously
– Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
– Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding is beneficial but not required
– Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Reliable internet connection (10 Mbps minimum)
– Computer with updated antivirus software
– Full-Time availability (40 hours/week)
– Work Hours (9AM-1AM EST, remaining hours on flexible time)
COMPENSATION:
– 30,000 PHP / month
– Paid major US Holidays (Christmas, New Years, Independence, Labor, and Memorial Day)
