Position Overview:
The Virtual Assistant will support our day-to-day operations, ensuring that our processes run smoothly. This position requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

– Administrative Support:
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for the CEO
– Organize and maintain digital files, including client reports, proposals, and contracts.
– Marketing
– Supporting SEO & Digital team with marketing tasks (Training can be provided but experience is preferred)
– Help in preparing basic SEO reports using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc. (Training provided)
– Assist in research, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink opportunities.
– Preparing Emails for email marketing campaigns
– Content
– Proofread and format articles and content for blogs, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
– Schedule and publish content on various platforms using Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
– Operations
– Documenting processes 
– Sending timesheet reports to CEO
– Check projects are being delivered on time

Beneficial experience 

* Agency background 
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related administrative role.
* Experience using ClickUp & Hubstaff
* Excellent knowledge of working with spreadsheets
* High level of written English or Spanish
* Strong internet connectivity
* Self-motivated and keen to deliver results
* Organisational skills
* Not afraid to make suggestions or comment on how our processes and operations can be improved

Hours

There are 2 roles, one part-time 20 hours per week and the other 40 hours with options to work overtime if required.
