Marketing Assistant for Streetwear and Sportswear Company

Job Summary:

Our fast-growing streetwear and sportswear company seeks a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our CEO to help develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. You will support the marketing team in executing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer outreach, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategy
Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling content and graphics for social media, email marketing, and other channels
Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging posts and responding to customer inquiries
Help plan and execute events, including product launches and pop-up shops
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements for future initiatives
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or sportswear industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
