You’ll be the frontline hero, offering support, managing projects, and occasionally stepping into the sales realm, all while collaborating with a team of seasoned experts in SEO and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

– Social media and Google Business profile management for diverse businesses.
– Website updates and blogging, leveraging WordPress/Elementor.
– Graphic design creation aligned with client branding.
– Effective handling of customer service tasks and project management.
– Engaging in frontline customer support via various communication channels.
– Participating in sales conversations as needed.
– Crafting training materials and insightful blog content.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Experience in marketing, customer service, and content creation.
– Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, and graphic design tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Flexibility to work in US time zones, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Working Conditions:
This role demands dedication, with the need for availability during US business hours and occasional on-call support. You must have a quiet working environment with a good internet and computer setup.
