I am looking for two full-time Marketing Assistants. The job consists almost entirely of harvesting lists of contacts, then purging and enriching that data. Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required to become one of my Marketing Assistants. You will require a solid grasp of written English, be computer literate and be familiar (not an expert) with Microsoft Excel. You’ll be comfortable using Google Chrome and web-based applications, and will display strong task orientation, along with HIGH attention to detail, an ability to work independently and in accordance with clear deadlines.

You will require your own computer and a fast, stable internet connection.

Experience

Whilst no specific experience is required, you will be using a variety of web-based applications, so recent experience with the applications we use or similar applications that will be well regarded. Applications currently in daily use by us include:

– GMB Everywhere (Google Business Profile Audit & Discovery Platform)
– Google Chrome (Internet Browser)
– Kickbox (Email Verification Platform)
– Mailshake (Email Automation Platform)
– Mailyser (Email Testing Platform)
– Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheet)
– Microsoft Outlook (Email Sending & Delivery Platform)
– NeverSpam (Email Warming Platform)
– Outscraper (Web Scraping Platform)
– Salesflare (Email Automation Platform)
– SendPotion (Video Email Creation Platform)
– Slybroadcast (Ringless SMS Voicemail Platform)
– SuiteDash (Project Management System)
– vbout (CRM & Marketing Automation Platform)

if you are not already familiar with these applications we will show you how to use them. You will be provided with login access for each of the tools you are required to use.

Employment

You will be employed as an independent contractor via Hong Kong registered company Limited. This means that you are responsible for dealing with your own taxes and other matters of compliance in the Philippines. You will have no entitlement to PhilHealth, PagIbig, sick leave, public holidays, paid vacations, thirteenth week, etc.

We have been in business since 2010 and have employed more than 100 remote Philippines workers during that time. We are proud to have had numerous people stay with us for periods of five years or more. We value good people and treat them accordingly.

Hours of Work

You will be expected to be available online between 8:00 and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, Philippines Standard Time. Communication will be via the project management portal, via Skype for instant messages, and via Zoom video call for formal meetings.

We use time tracking and activity monitoring software.

Payment of Independent Contractor Fees

We pay contractors on the 15th and 30th of each month. Payment is to an eligible Philippines bank account, in Pesos, via Wise. We are unable to pay via other methods.

Rate: PHP 20,000 monthly
Bonus: PHP 10,000 monthly, subject to meeting an objective performance criteria
