We provide training services to a wide range of customers including government, utility providers, private employers, job providers, and event organisers just to name a few.

Due to doing such a great job providing our traffic management services, our business has grown and as a result, now our team also needs to. This role will be a key part of shaping how we plan to take things up another notch delivering quality training services and support to our customers and trainers alike!
As Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for raising our brand awareness from marketing activities so that customers, both existing and new, know who we are, and how our services can satisfy their needs and contribute to driving sales. You will be relied upon to create value-driven and engaging marketing content online. Your goal is to make us positively stand out in a busy crowd and gain a reputation as the company choice to select.’
Your key responsibilities will include;
– Prepare and send email direct marketing campaigns
– Update website and SEO enhancements
– Create marketing content blog articles
– Social media content and community engagement
– Online listing updates eg Google My Business
– Update customer relationship management (CRM) contact list and data
– Contribute to marketing initiatives and plans
– Conduct customer feedback surveys
– Prepare marketing and sales reports
– Provide administration and customer service back up support
This is a brand new role within our team. We are solution-focused and are looking for our next team member to possess the resilience and tenacity to learn new systems and processes while also thinking about how we can be more effective and efficient.

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following;
– 3 years of experience working in a marketing related role
– Proven high-level communication skills including writing engaging professional copy, and basic understanding of SEO
– Experience using a CRM, WordPress and Canva systems
– Top-notch attention to detail accuracy – this is super important to us and something that we will test to make sure you bring extra value to our team!
– Proficiency across Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
– A team player who can work independently and also as part of a small team (we have other team members working offsite and at other locations so expect to use video conferencing on a daily basis)
– Is reliable, punctual, and reliable. Yes, we repeated ‘reliable’ because if we can’t count on you, then that will count you out
