We’re on a mission to help entrepreneurs step into their role as CEO, and scale their business and their freedom. As a business strategist + coach, we offer services, programs and courses that help entrepreneurs develop sustainable growth strategies, streamlined operations and transformational leadership.

We’re seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a roll-up-your-sleeves get-it-done attitude; they’ll be team-oriented with a curious mind and eager to learn. This person must be well-organized, highly detailed, and a self-starter.

This person will be responsible for providing marketing support to our team. This person must be dedicated, focused, and extremely detail-oriented.

Roles and responsibilities will include any of the following:
– Social Media Management – editing and publishing reels, scheduling posts, monitoring social and engaging/responding with followers
– Email Marketing – scheduling email campaigns
– Blog Management – creating graphics using provided templates, publishing provided blog posts and sharing on social media
– Podcast Management – editing podcast audio in Descript, uploading podcast audio to the host, publishing show notes and creating audiograms
– Podcast Pitching – researching and securing guest podcast opportunities for our owner
– Other duties as assigned

– Have a proven ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and have a demonstrated commitment to quality, with a high level of accuracy in all output
– Have excellent time management skills, a high sense of urgency, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines
– Are available to work within the hours of 8am-3pm Eastern (New York Time Zone) daily and attend weekly team meetings
– Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
– Are independent and self-sufficient but also know when to ask for help or clarification
– Are ready to grow with the business, investing own time in personal development, and look forward to being a trusted team member that the business relies on in order to grow
– Consistent with quality and communication
– Initiates and responds to suggestions for improving
– Familiar with or willing to learn Canva, ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, ShowIt, Acuity, Zapier, Captivate, Descript, Dubsado, Google Drive & Docs and Zoom

Must have:
– Strong Internet Access
– 28 hours per week available and are flexible with increasing hours as needed
