We are currently seeking a skilled Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our team and contribute to our marketing endeavors. Job Description:
As a Part-Time Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team by executing campaigns, managing projects, and maintaining our marketing technology stack. If you’re detail-oriented, motivated, and have experience using HubSpot and Trello, this opportunity is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
•Assist in executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
•Create and schedule email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
•Design and schedule social media posts using Canva and HubSpot.
•Maintain and update our HubSpot CRM database.
•Collaborate with the marketing team on developing and updating marketing materials.
•Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
•Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
•Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
Qualifications:
•Prior experience with HubSpot for email marketing and CRM management.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.
•Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
•Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
•A proactive and creative mindset.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week. The specific hours and work schedule can be discussed to accommodate your availability.
